Bill Lewis founded Lewis Sign in 1977 as a small, family-run shop with a simple idea: treat people right and build signs that last.
Decades later, that same mindset still drives our team. We’ve grown, added capabilities, and worked with businesses across the country, but we’ve never lost the hands-on care and local pride that Bill instilled from the beginning.

Following the legacy of his father, Bill Lewis, John now leads the company with the same commitment to quality that his father set in motion.
John grew up in the sign business — working summers during high school and every day through college. By paying close attention to the work happening around him, he gained a deep understanding of both the business and the industry. He graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management.
Like his father before him, John is a dedicated husband and father. “My greatest legacy will have nothing to do with the sign industry; it will be my children and the impact they have on the world.”
